WHen I first heard this in Panto, there were a couple more lines:
Start with only Mr. and Mrs Bigger, Mrs Bigger a huge fat lady and Mr. Bigger a tiny little skinny man. Who’s the bigger? Mr Bigger, because he’s Father Bigger. (this probably depends to some extent for its humor on the regional English custom of calling a husband “Father” . )
Then Mrs Bigger had a baby, Now who’s bigger? Why, Baby Bigger of course, because he’s a little bigger.
Then Mr Bigger died, etc.
